Toolbox talks can help prevent accidents and injuries, and can help organizations stay compliant with OSHA and Occupational Health and Safety.
When to Hold
Toolbox talks are usually held at the job site before a shift or job starts.

Change to: On-the-job training (OJT) is a method of imparting new skills to employees while they are actively working, often with the guidance of a more experienced employee.
